eStar is built using the most advanced and modern technologies in the market. We have made all our data encrypted, and every interaction with the server requires an authenticated session. The front-end was created using React in JSX, back-end with Django in Python, with the database choice of MySQL due to its security measures and ease of use. The platform was created in a modular way in which each part is able to be replaced on the go without interrupting the regular flow of the website interface. By that we allow ourselves to make upgrades, and maintenance on the live system without shutting-down the service for everyone else.
